Bladium CrossFit is high intensity fitness training.  Bladium CrossFit workouts are consisting of constantly varied functional movements (pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. The Bladium CrossFit workouts are completely scalable, which means that a new participant and a Bladium CrossFit veteran can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity.

Bladium CrossFit workouts will deliver phenomenal fitness or compliment your sport-specific training regime. Bladium CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Movements are all functional and every workout is different.

Coming soon — CrossFit Kids!. This is an excellent activity for children ages 8-16.
