6 deadlifts
8 hand stand pushups

M4:95/65

If you can’t do muscleups, do 15 pullups per round. If you can’t do HSPUs do 20 pushups per round.

Strength Class:

20 minutes to establish max Front Squat (can do 5×3 front squat if don’t want to max)
