MASTERS UPDATE!

Everyone did great today! Thanks to everyone who came out and showed their support. It meant a ton to the athletes!

Three WODs tomorrow! Here are the heat times for Sunday:

Brenton: 11:24a and 3:10p

Chantell: 10a and 2p

Christine: 9:36a and 1:40p

Keith: 11:48a and 3:30p

WOD 1 = 15 snatch (95/65), 300m row, 15 snatch, 300m row, 15 snatch

WOD 2 = 30 back squat (185/125), 30 pull ups, 30 ball slams

WOD 3 = stone throw
