50 grasshoppers

15 Strict presses 115/80

30 burpees facing bar

15 Push presses (same weight as above)

20 burpees facing bar

15 Push jerks (same weight as above)

10 burpees facing bar

50 grasshoppers

M1:95/65

M2:80/50

M3:65/45

Here are the differences on these 3 lifts.
