This will be a really fun competition. Its benefiting a good cause and it will give you guys a chance to get out into the crossfit community and have fun. Registration is still open but it may fill up at any point so make your decisions soon.

2 Min Super man hold


3 Rounds:

1 Lap Farmer’s Carry 20/12

30 sec Handstand Hold

10 Reverse to regular burpee

10 ball squats

1 Lap plate carry 45/25
