Sat. 7.28…WOD and Crossfit Olympics begin!!

BE sure to wear long socks!!

Teams of 4…4 stations…5 min. to complete each station…
1.  Team sled push (really heavy)
Then sled drag ( really heavy) push down pull back.

2.  Tire carry (big one)

3.  6 rope climbs(to the black tape) or 20 rope jumps (feet are flat on the ground person reaches as high as possible and jumps their chin to their hands(kinda like jumping pullups)

4.  4 – building laps (one at a time)
