10 minutes of: Partner wheel barrow + wall climbs (with face touch or belly)

WOD:

3 rounds:

1 Building lap

Rest 1 minute after each

Then…..

3 rounds:

10 Front squat 95/65

10 jumping squats

10 lateral jumps

Then…..

3 rounds:

300 M row

Rest 1 minute after each

 

M1: 80/50

M2: 65/35

M3: 45/25
