Skill: Kipping Pull Up – Consecutive Max.

4 rounds for time of:
15 kettlebell swings,
24/16
15 goblet squats
24/16
100 meter waiter’s walk 24/16 (switch as needed)
M1:20/12
M2:16/8
M3:12/6
