Saturday WOD 6.16

Saturday

In teams of 3-4 complete:
100 Push up
100 Pullup
100 sit up
100 jumping squats
100 wallball 20/14
100 Burpees
100 KB swing 24/16
100 clean and jerk 95/65
400 meter buddy carry (teams of 3 = one person on back at one point for the whole run 4= 2 people on back.) anyway you want to carry them is fine (firemans carry, piggy back, baby cradle etc)
